2. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 7:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.

  • Delivery Times: Once shipped, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 to 9 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Free shipping on all orders within Canada.

  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside Canada.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

  • Free Returns: Return shipping costs are covered by Uplyfte for all orders delivered within Canada.

  • Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Exchanges: Customers may request exchanges for a different model, size, or color, subject to availability.
